10/9/09 Loved this, an actual land for a U turn in El Paso, TX!!
10/9/09 Welcome to Texas!!! We're heading east. We stopped for gas and Bear took a walk around the vehicles and notices the front tire on the Pt Cruiser seemed low. We brought it around to fill with air (75 cents for air here) and he noticed once he filled it properly and removed the hose, he could still hear air coming out of the tire. Yes, we had a nail in the tire. Long story short - 3 hour delay - nail in the tire along the side, can't plug it, new tire on the Cruiser and off we go!
Just before crossing into El Paso Texas, cows on the side of the highway for miles and my favorite - all that hay!!
