10/1/09 This is the house in Pueblo Colorado, where my great grandmother used to live and my grandmother and mother were born here. My great grandmother Pat's second husband was a doctor and her pregnant daughter and son-in-law, my grandmother and grandfather, came to visit - and my mother arrived early` she was delivered in this home with the help of the good doctor!!! And yes, we were a sight, driving the narrow streets to see it, in the RV with the Cruiser!
10/1/09 This is Cheyenne Mountain in Colorado Springs - the former home of the Strategic Air Command.
10/1/09 We had lunch with our friend Cassie, who took time from her studies to join us!! She had class at 2pm, so it worked out great!! We were able to catch up, have some good food at FC Changs!! It was so good to see her!
9/30/09 Our last picture of the storm clouds, we made it outside Cheyenne to a campground and even with the trees and buildings nearby, it felt like we might tip over during the night! We were off the next morning for Boulder to have lunch with a friend!!
9/30/09 More storm clouds, it was a harrowing drive in the wind and we were hoping to not get rain too!!
